We are an engineering company in Rajkot working across client projects and a product of our own. If you want to ship things real people use and then live with the consequences, that is most of the job description.
Who we look for
Mobile engineers
Android and iOS, cross-platform or native. Bonus if you have shipped something that had to work on a bad connection in the field.
Back-end engineers
Data modelling, APIs and the parts that have to stay correct under load. If you have opinions about schemas, you will fit in.
Designers
Product design that ends in something buildable: flows, states and a system, not a picture of a screen.
Four things to know before you apply.
You will talk to clients.
Not on day one, and not alone. But we do not have an account manager layer, which means engineers explain their own work. Most people find this is the part that grows them fastest.
You will work on more than one kind of thing.
We span client projects and a product of our own, across several stacks. If you want to do exactly one framework for three years, this is the wrong place and that is a fair preference.
Code review is real here.
Your work gets read, and you will read other people’s work. Expect comments. They are about the code, never about you.
We are in Rajkot.
We work flexibly, but this is not a fully remote company and we would rather say that in the advert than in your third interview.

The process is a conversation, a practical exercise close to real work (paid, if it takes real time), and a conversation with the people you would actually sit with. No puzzles, no whiteboard algorithms.
